Except for a few exemptions, all residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings constructed, altered, relocated or demolished in the Municipality require a Building Permit or Demolition Permit. Once a Building Permit is issued, the Building Inspector will conduct inspections and insure that the requirements of the Building Code are met. Arrange an inspection by contacting the office during specific stages of construction.
